Fundraising goes live 3/17/2024

Each player should receive an email from Eventgroove Fundraising. This email includes a unique link for each of your players as well as information on what to do next to get the most out of the fundraising experience!

Players have a goal to sell about $100 (or about 20 tickets), and with prizes like we have this year, that should be easy to do! This year purchase raffle tickets for your chance to win: a $300 Visa Gift Card, a PS5, or a Louis Vuitton purse!

The top 10 sellers will win prizes with the top seller winning 4 Texas Rangers Tickets! All of the information about prizes and dates are on the Eventgroove Fundraising page for your player.

Fan T-shirts are also a great fundraising opportunity!

Your fundraising dollars at work!

With your hard-earned and graciously donated dollars, we have been able to make the following purchases and improvements for the 2024 Spring Season and beyond!

• Improvements to the farm field to help with leveling and drainage
• Better lighting in the batting cages
• Concession stand improvements such as a new freezer, microwave, and coffee maker

Last year's fundraising efforts helped us:

• Purchase New Pitching Machine
• New balls
• Catchers equipment
• Renovations to the bathrooms at the Cal Young Major field
• New Windscreens
• Field maintenance on the Major field and we have recently been able to add the Farm field to the maintenance regime as well!
